SENIOR RF SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN

Client, a Motorola authorized full service two-way radio and wireless communications dealer, seeks a qualified Two-Way Radio Technician to install, repair, align and maintain two-way radio communication systems in one of our many Service Center located in the northwest.
This position offers excellent career advancement/management opportunity for the right candidate.

Salary/wage range: $40K to $60K plus employee benefits

Tasks include:

• Install and provide technical support for VHF/UHF and 800/900 MHz analog and digital systems, mobile and portable subscriber equipment

• Install and maintain communications console equipment; diagnose and repair public address systems, emergency vehicle siren and lighting systems.

The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in the radio and communication area, extensive knowledge/understanding of two-way radio theory and communications systems. An FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License, FCIA, NABER or equivalent industry certification a plus! Candidates must also possess clean driving record and valid drivers license. Must also be willing and able to work after normal business hours on call duties.
